President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva visit the grave of National Leader Heydar Aliyev

May the 10^th is the 98^th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the saviour of the Azerbaijani people.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva paid a visit to the grave of the National Leader at the Alley of Honour.

President Ilham Aliyev laid a wreath before the grave of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva putting a bunch of flowers, both remembered the National Leader with great respect. Then, the state anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.

Thereafter, the head of the state and the first lady, respectfully remembering academician Zarifa Aliyeva, the spouse of the National Leader, an eminent ophthalmologist-scientist, put bunches of flowers on her grave.

President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva put flowers also on the graves of eminent state person Aziz Aliyev and renowned physician-scientist Tamerlan Aliyev.
