Visit to Hungary

On August 20, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev was on a visit to Budapest following the invitation by Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.

President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva were welcomed at the Ferenc Liszt International Airport by Hungary’s Minister of Justice Bence Tuzson and other officials.

President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva viewed the finals of the 100 m-distance race among men at the World Athletics Championship.

On August 20, finals of the 100 m-distance race among men at the World Athletics Championship took place at the National Athletics Centre in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva viewed the finals together with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.
