Mehriban Aliyeva meets First Lady of the Macedonian Republic Maya Ivanova

On March 16, First Vice-president of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva met First Lady of the Macedonian Republic Maya Ivanova, who is participating in the 5^th Global Baku Forum.

Expressing her delight in seeing Maya Ivanova in Baku, Mehriban Aliyeva underscored the urgency of the topics being discussed in the 5^th Global Baku Forum.

First Lady of the Macedonian Republic Maya Ivanova congratulated Mehriban Aliyeva on her appointment as first vice-president of the Republic of Azerbaijan, highly appreciated the works she has done, and wished her successes in her future activity.

Talking about the activity of the Centre dealing with solution of children and women’s social problems in Macedonian Republic, Maya Ivanova noted the experience of Azerbaijan’s First Vice-president in this sphere, and underscored the significance of cooperation and exchange of experience. Maya Ivanova invited Mehriban Aliyeva to Macedonia.

Thanking for the invitation, Azerbaijan’s First Vice-president said it would be beneficial to implement joint projects.

Possibilities of having cooperation in the fields of healthcare, culture and education were discussed at the meeting.
